Summary/Objective

You are our first impression, greet guests in a polite, warm and professional manner

Overview

• Greet and seat guests, present menus.
• Always strive to exceed guests’ expectations.
• Takes names on a wait list.
• Runs the floor plan.
• Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
• Takes guest information and quotes wait times to guests accurately when tables are not
immediately available.
• Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at the host area.
• Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant.
• Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure a positive
dining experience.
• Fills to-go orders, if applicable.
• Running side work, assisting servers when needed, etc.
• Runs food to designated tables.
• Pre-busses and resets tables
•A true team player who jumps in wherever needed

SERVER

Summary/Objective:

Wow our guests with outstanding service and hospitality. Whether guests are celebrating a
special occasion or just spending time with family and friends, our servers go the extra mile to
make it memorable. You will be required to have an extensive knowledge of our food and drink
menu and be able to recommend and reinforce the customers’ orders and always deliver warm
and friendly interactions. Our busy restaurants mean consistent hours, flexible schedules and
the opportunity to make a great income – as well as learning so much about hospitality, wine,
food and high end service!

What we’re looking for:
• A passion for wine is a plus! We have an extensive wine list and are always looking for people
to learn, train and develop their wine skills with our dedicated team of sommeliers
• Excellent communication, hospitality and interpersonal skills
• Skilled at reading the table and anticipating guests’ needs
• Team player; you’re always willing to give and ask for help
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs., and continuously bend, reach and twist; you’re constantly on the
move!

Overview:
Wow our guests with outstanding service and hospitality by providing them with friendly,
prompt and attentive service that is tailored to the customer’s preference. Efficiently craft every
drink and serve customers responsibly. Extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu and
the ability to recommend and reinforce the customers’ orders. A resource for Servers in the
restaurant to answer questions about our alcoholic beverages. Committed to safe food
handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift and preparing drinks with
proper safety equipment, tools and recipe specs with further direction from our leadership
team.

to consistently deliver outstanding food. Work with the freshest ingredients to prepare made-from-scratch favorites and exciting new menu features.

DISHWASHER

We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness around our
restaurant.
Ultimately, you’ll help provide an unforgettable dining experience for our customers.

What we Are Looking For:
Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
Load and unload dishwashing machines
Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, large pots and delicate china)
Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
Set up workstations before meal prep begins
Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours
Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and place orders when necessary
Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
Remove garbage regularly
Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
Requirements and skills
Work experience as a Dishwasher
Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines
Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
Time management skills
Attention to detail and sanitation rules
Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings
